Provider and scope
These terms apply to ZombieDrive by LazyShoreGames. The provider is Sandro Pesce, Merheimer Str. 444, 50735 Köln, Germany; info@lazyshoregames.com. The game is being developed for Android first, followed by iPhone. Features and availability depend on the version actually provided.
Using the game
ZombieDrive is for personal entertainment on compatible devices. An internet connection is part of the game flow. Rights in the software, graphics, music and other content remain with their respective owners. Included licences and uses permitted by law remain applicable.
Startup acceptance and withdrawal
Before play, the app requires combined acceptance of the terms, Firebase gameplay analytics and Firebase crash reports. Play remains blocked without complete, current acceptance. Advertising choices are separate.
You can withdraw acceptance in Settings. Play then ends or remains blocked until you accept again. This does not delete your garage, garage cash, records or settings. The privacy notice explains processing and technical limitations. These terms do not replace any required privacy consent.
Garage and progress
Vehicle selection, ownership, cash, armour and records are saved locally. Unlock vehicles and armour using earned garage cash. Protect your device and consider its operating-system backup options. The local garage is not an online account or a promised cross-device save.
Advertising and planned purchases
The current development version uses test ads. The integration supports advertising after a run and optional reward videos for extra garage cash. A reward does not change points or distance or continue the run.
Only a one-time purchase to remove interstitial ads is planned; optional reward videos would remain available. Store integration is not available yet. Vehicles, armour and garage cash are not planned as real-money products. If purchases become available, the relevant store will show prices and conditions before purchase, with its payment, restoration and refund rules applying alongside these terms.
Online features and data requests
Google/Apple sign-in, profiles and shared online rankings are still in development. The website currently publishes no real ZombieDrive ranking results. The account-deletion and data-request page explains the current contact route; automatic account deletion is not available there yet. Resetting local data is separate from requesting deletion of previously transmitted data.
Store rules and statutory rights
Upon store distribution, applicable store rules apply, including Apple’s standard EULA where applicable and the Google Play terms. These terms do not limit statutory consumer or privacy rights.
Contact and support
For player support, you can also contact support@lazyshoregames.com. Include the game version, device and operating system for technical issues. Never send passwords or sign-in tokens.
