Account deletion in the game
- Open the account panel from the main menu.
- Sign in with the Google or Apple account linked to your Zombie Drive profile.
- Select account deletion and confirm the displayed scope.
- Verify your identity by signing in again. Apple sign-in is required where an Apple account is linked.
- Wait for the confirmed server response. An error or interrupted connection does not confirm completed deletion; contact support if you have a problem.
Which data are deleted?
- Your Zombie Drive game account with Firebase.
- Your player profile, player name and name reservation.
- Your associated all-time and weekly leaderboard entries, including earlier weeks.
- Associated run records and account-related start limits.
Which data remain?
Your Google or Apple account with the provider, store purchases and local garage, vehicles, armour, cash, records and settings remain. Account deletion does not trigger an automatic refund. You can remove local data through your operating-system controls; device backups have separate cycles.
Previously transmitted analytics, diagnostic, advertising or applicable Unity data are not automatically deleted in full. A minimal pseudonymous blocking record protects against recreation through old sign-in tokens and has no automatic deletion period. We assess further deletion requests after verifying the association. The privacy notice explains retention and technical limits.
Without the installed game: request deletion through support
You can request account deletion without installing the game. Email support@lazyshoregames.com with the subject “Zombie Drive – account deletion”.
Include your sign-in provider, public player name and the email address associated with the account. If you use Hide My Email, this may be your Apple relay address. We verify the account association, request necessary identity evidence separately and confirm the processing status. Do not send passwords, verification codes or sign-in tokens.
