Provider and scope
These terms apply to Dart Rush by LazyShoreGames on iOS and Android. The provider is Sandro Pesce, trading as LazyShoreGames, Merheimer Str. 444, 50735 Köln, Germany. Contact: info@lazyshoregames.com.
Using the game
Dart Rush is intended for personal entertainment on compatible devices. An internet connection is required, including guest play. Rights in the software, graphics, music and other content remain with their respective owners. Included licences and uses permitted by law remain applicable.
Startup acceptance and withdrawal
Before gameplay, the app requires shared acceptance of the Terms of Use, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Without this acceptance, gameplay remains blocked, including for guests. Advertising choices are handled separately.
You can withdraw the shared acceptance in Settings. The game then exits or remains blocked until you accept again. Withdrawal does not delete your game account, local records, settings or purchase entitlements. The game privacy notice explains data processing and the technical effects of withdrawal. These terms do not replace any required privacy consent.
Local data, optional account and leaderboards
Your personal best and settings are saved on your device. You can play as a guest and view the leaderboards. Optional Google or Apple sign-in and an approved player name let you submit results to the shared all-time and weekly leaderboards. Sign-in does not promise automatic transfer of your local progress between devices.
The leaderboards show your player name, rank and score, chosen country flag, the platform used for your record and weekly-winner awards. The public information may also appear on the website. Use an acceptable player name. Inappropriate names can be reported and corrected or blocked following review.
Advertising and optional purchases
The game contains advertising and optional in-app purchases, including stage designs and removing ads. Prices are provided in the game by the relevant store. Purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play. To restore permanent purchases, use the restore function in the shop with the same store account. Game sign-in does not transfer purchases between the two stores.
Signing out and account deletion
Signing out or uninstalling does not request account deletion. You can request deletion in the app or on the account-deletion page. The privacy notice describes the data deleted. Deletion does not delete your Google or Apple account or your store purchases. Local records and settings on your device remain.
Store rules and statutory rights
The App Store licence applies, including Apple’s standard EULA where no custom store EULA applies. Google Play’s applicable store terms also apply. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or privacy rights.
